Hi Dottoressa …I'm sure Frances won't mind me adding this 🙂 We arrived in Pittsburgh yesterday and I read that it's "sister city" is Zagreb!Then when we were in Quebec I spent some time in a lovely store that sold clothes, household accessories, stationary etc all in a fresh nautical blue and white! I wish I had space in my luggage! Apparently it was from Croatia!! The only one in Canada and the US. I'm afraid I can't remember the name though although I have a card in my bag at the hotel!

We're very lucky in our family to come from a reading culture. I think for those who don't, it's not as easy to know how to choose books to entice little ones into the happy reading moments that lead to more. . . But once you experience a moment like this, it's pretty addictive, right?
